Hot & Spicy Crab Dip

A creamy, hot and spicy dip with sweet crab to round out the flavor in your mouth.

Ingredients
1 TBSP dijon mayo
1 cup shredded swiss or montrey jack cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
1/3 pound fresh crabmeat-leg meat is fine
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup parmesean cheese - grated
2 tsp hot sauce (More or less to taste)
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
8oz cream cheese
Bread rounds or crackers (Triscuts are GREAT with this)
paprika

Directions
Mix everything together in a bowl with the exception of the paprika, takes about 3 minutes. Place in an oven proof dish and sprinkle the top with paprika. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a 350F degree oven until brown and bubbly. Let it sit out of the oven about 5 min before serving because it is VERY HOT! You can prepare it up to a day ahead and hold it in the fridge and bake prior to serving. It can also sit longer in the oven if need be.
